There is no such thing as Afrocentric education, especially no Afrocentric science. Education & learning have no bias just like there is no Afrocentric Stupidity, just stupidity or probably in most cases just ignorance.

Why do humans so often speak in the opposite of what is actually going on? In the above the only way to fix the problem is to reduce call volumes, for which the only solution is to hang up. What is actually going on is “We are experiencing a lack of staff!”
