Nedbank’s clients aka victims currently have no way to simply print a Proof Of Payment (POP) from the new website. If you are one of Nedbank’s suckers you only have the option to “Share proof of payment” via SMS R1.10, Email R0.95 or Fax R8.00
It is possible to print a POP if you log into the old website

- It seems like a money making ploy, I’ve also had this functionality fail on more than one occasion
- I’m not interested in marketing telling me how much Nedbank loves me and wants to take care of me, what I want is action that shows me they give a shit, plain and simple
- How difficult would it be to put the costs in the dropdown e.g. Email special price for you, only R1.15
17.02.21 – Looks like Nedbank really really cares about me …
15.12.20 – Still no way to download a POP or print it for no fees on old payments. Nedbank – “we care” about profits for sure, customers meh
It is my data. Nedbank think they own it and can hence charge me. can’t wait for this lunacy to come to an end.
